We are an independent wealth management company and Registered Investment Adviser firm.  Nelson, Van Denburg & Campbell is owned entirely by our founding members.  We aren't beholden to outside shareholders, parent companies or banks.  Our firm is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission and as independent investment adviser representatives, we have a fiduciary duty to act in our clients best interest.  We don’t hold client assets directly at our firm. We entrust assets with nationally known custodial firms committed to meeting rigorous custodial regulations and upholding our own stringent standards.
